We are seeking an exceptional Culinary Leader to shape the culinary identity of our esteemed establishment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee all culinary operations, driving excellence in hotel restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and Meeting & Event spaces.
  • Create menus that reflect local inspiration and global style, showcasing seasonal offerings and innovative flair.
  • Manage kitchen financials, including food cost control, labor planning, inventory, and budget management.
  • Foster a high-performing kitchen team through development, culture, and excellence-driven leadership.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences and outstanding service.
Qualifications

We require a seasoned culinary leader who is passionate about food, thrives on collaboration, and excels at creating lasting memories. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-7 years of culinary experience in a high-end or lifestyle setting, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Pre-opening and Australian market experience are highly desirable.
  • A proven track record as a hands-on, collaborative leader who builds teams that thrive under pressure.
  • Strong commercial acumen, managing kitchen operations, budgets, and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills working with Front of House, events, marketing, and senior leadership.
