Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, and operational efficiency. This role involves assisting the sales team with daily administrative tasks, managing internal sales documents, tracking key activities, onboarding new suppliers, and scheduling meetings.

The ideal candidate will maintain and organize sales records for quick access to critical information. They will also support the team in processing contracts and invoices, working closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments.

Additional responsibilities include organizing sales-related events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required. The Sales Coordinator will also update and maintain Connections Luxury's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing internal sales documents, tracking key activities, onboarding new suppliers, and scheduling meetings.
  2. Maintain and organize sales records for quick access to critical information.
  3. Support the team in processing contracts and invoices, working closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments.
  4. Assist in organizing sales-related events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
  5. Update and maintain Connections Luxury's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
