About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Webuild S.p.A. in the Snowy Mountains, NSW. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities, managing contract service providers, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company policy guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all aspects of planned maintenance in SAP
  • Liaise with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure effective maintenance operations
  • Develop and administer maintenance KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Compile and maintain equipment histories to inform maintenance decisions
  • Coach and develop maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
Requirements
  • White Card
  • C Class Driver's License
  • Trade-related qualifications
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (preferable)
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in following written communication, including job orders and directions
  • 2-5 years' experience in planning and scheduling work within a multidiscipline workforce
  • Experience with preventive and reactive maintenance systems, ability to develop others, problem-solve, and analyze data
