About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Webuild S.p.A. in the Snowy Mountains, NSW. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with statutory and company policy guidelines, and developing and administering maintenance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all aspects of planned maintenance in SAP
  • Liaise with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure effective maintenance operations
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company policy guidelines, with a focus on work method safety and routine servicing of essential services
  • Coach maintenance staff in best practice maintenance methodologies
  • Develop and administer maintenance KPIs to measure performance and drive improvement
  • Compile and maintain equipment histories to inform maintenance planning and decision-making
  • Coach and develop tradesmen to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Plan and schedule line maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
  • Manage maintenance systems to ensure effective tracking and reporting of maintenance activities
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address maintenance-related issues
  • Plan and schedule the site's Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) and Reactive Maintenance Program (RMP)
Requirements
  • White Card
  • C Class Driver's License
  • Trade-related qualifications
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (preferable)
Desirable Skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in following written communication, including job orders and directions
  • 2-5 years' experience in planning and scheduling work within a multidiscipline workforce
  • Experience with preventive and reactive maintenance systems, ability to develop others, problem-solve, and analyze data
