Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Concrete Production Manager to oversee the production operations of seven concrete plants. In this role, you will work closely with our fleet team to ensure seamless delivery coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of plant managers, supervisors, and drivers, ensuring strong safety, health, and environmental standards across all operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
  • Leading and supporting a team of plant managers and supervisors
  • Overseeing the profit & loss budget to ensure financial performance
  • Coordinating maintenance of plants and vehicles to maximize efficiency and reliability
  • Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance and operational improvement plans
  • Contributing to the strategic growth and development of the business

Requirements

  • Proven experience in concrete plant management or related industry experience
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain a collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Proficient computer skills
