About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated professional with 2-4 years of experience in communications, public relations, or content-focused roles. As a Strategic Communications Professional, you will be responsible for creating, writing, and editing various content pieces, including newsletters, announcements, and town halls. You will also manage internal and external communications calendars, coordinate with departments, and ensure seamless distribution of content across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience creating engaging content for diverse audiences. Proficiency in G-suite, Canva, and communications systems is required. Additionally, you will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and distribute high-quality written materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company messaging.
  • Communication Flow and Calendar Management: Organize and manage internal and external communications calendars, coordinating with departments to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
  • Corporate Brand Presence and External Communications: Support the company's external brand presence by preparing key materials, such as Q&As, briefing notes, and key messages, for use in public relations, media engagements, and other channels.
  • Departmental and Change Campaign Support: Collaborate with departments to provide communication support for internal and external campaigns, including change management initiatives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Generate reports on engagement and reach of distributed content to assess effectiveness and support continuous improvement in communication strategy.
