Job Title:

Beverage Bar Attendant - Customer Service Specialist


Job Description:

This role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in bar areas, ensuring an excellent customer service experience. The incumbent must adhere to company policies and procedures.

The incumbent performs duties including removing glassware from the casino floor, cleaning equipment, washing, sweeping, sanitizing, trash removal, and grounds maintenance. Ensuring ample supplies of glassware are available during service periods is also key.

Responsibilities include receiving soiled glassware, placing items on automatic dishwashing conveyor belts, running dish machines, and returning items not satisfactorily cleaned for a second wash. Polishing glassware and returning items to proper departments is also essential.

The employee maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within their area of responsibility. They perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification preferred

Work Environment:

The Casino environment is fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. Employees may be exposed to secondhand smoke and excessive noise.

Employees must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all employment practices to Native Americans, followed by members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet job requirements.

Gaming licensure is required and will involve a background check.
