The Role

As the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will work with our Food and Beverage Team to support the Venue Manager in the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations of Langland's Restaurant & Bar and the event space Belmarine. Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest enquiries in a courteous manner and bringing your personality to light.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage items
  • Provide personalised and outstanding service to all guests
  • Open, set up and close the outlet
  • Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu
  • Set, clear and reset designated working areas
Qualifications

About you:

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience as a Section Waiter, preferably in a hotel
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Ability to upsell food and beverage combinations and/or alternatives
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
