The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
The position requires a responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate. Bartender skills with beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge are highly desirable, as is barista skills or coffee-making experience.
- Deliver engaging and professional bar and table service.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for guests by sharing expert knowledge on daily menu offerings, craft beer selections, and providing smooth customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality coffees and beverages.
- Assist with the setup and pack-down of the bar and restaurant areas.
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements.
- Previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
- Bartender skills with beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable.
- Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts on a 7-day rotating roster.
