**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a clinical consultant to provide expert guidance and support within our healthcare services. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide consultancy services across assigned areas of specialty, focusing on improving patient care and outcomes in the colorectal patient population. Develop and implement standards of practice, educate staff, and initiate research and quality improvement activities. Offer mentorship and role modeling for nurses, contributing to the advancement of the profession in line with our organization's vision and values.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Senior nursing level with professional accountability to directors and area directors. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence clinical practice and quality improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
