Senior Technical Advisor Role

This role involves leading a team as an APS6 Technical Advisor in a 12-month contract. You will provide expert technical guidance, support, and advice on complex matters to participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical and technical expertise through mentoring.
  • Manage sensitive funding-related conversations and decisions with tact.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, partners, and service providers for consistent outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Nursing (AHPRA eligible), Social Work, Mental Health Practice, Behavioural Support, Medico-Legal Allied Health qualifications are essential.
  • Desirable: Experience in disability settings; Leadership experience; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Demonstrated clinical expertise.

Australian citizenship is required.
