
Transformation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our Change and Transformation team. This role is based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane and involves working at least three days a week in the office.
The Program Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Program Management Office (PMO) for large-scale strategic projects. This role requires strong organizational and stakeholder management skills to support the planning, execution, and governance of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery of expected outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and reporting standards to ensure consistent program execution and compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed program plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource availability.
- Act as a central point of contact for program stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
- Support resource planning and allocation across workstreams, ensuring optimal utilization and addressing capacity constraints.
- Assist in budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure the program remains within scope and budget.
- Prepare and present comprehensive status reports, dashboards, and documentation for senior leadership and governance bodies.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure deliverables meet organizational and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working within a project management discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE) is a plus.
- Proven experience in a PMO role within large, complex or multi-year programs including demonstrated leadership in driving program success through effective coordination and governance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in producing high-quality project communications and presentations.
