">Job Responsibilities- Provide technical support for offices and projects across Australia in active and passive systems, infrastructure, carrier connections, Audio-Visual services, and related ICT components.
- Prepare detailed technical documents for planning, specifications, drawings, call for tenders, and provide construction service support including testing and commissioning.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and participate in business development to support project delivery.
- Support other engineers to meet deadlines, manage profitability, assess technical risk, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members.
- Assist clients and internal teams with technical queries.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in networking, computer science, cyber security, or related field.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Experience in designing and delivering: Structured Cabling Systems; Backbone Fibre & Copper; MATV/IPTV Systems; DAS; ICN - Integrated Communications Network; IP telephony systems; Active networks; Wireless Design; Digital Signage; Large-scale AV Systems; Data Centres; Defence ICT design (preferred).
- Knowledge of physical and cyber security systems is beneficial but not essential.
- RCDD, CCNA or CISSP certifications are valuable assets.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (AS/NZS, IEC, ANSI/TIA, BICSI, IEEE, CSA, OBC, NBC).
- Current AGSVA Baseline clearance, or ability to obtain (must be an Australian citizen).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to innovate based on customer and industry requirements; positive attitude; and ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
