Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ICT professional to join our team as a Senior ICT Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on and designing advanced ICT solutions for modern, smart projects across Australia.
Provide technical support for offices and projects across Australia, including infrastructure, carrier connections, audio-visual services, and related ICT components.
Develop technical documents for planning, specifications, and drawings, as well as provide construction service support including testing and commissioning.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and participate in business development to support project delivery.
Support other Project Engineers to meet program deadlines, manage profitability, assess technical risk, and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members.
Assist clients and internal teams with technical queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in networking, computer science, cyber security, or related field.
Customer-focused with the ability to deliver bespoke solutions.
Experience in the design and delivery of structured cabling systems, backbone fibre & copper, MATV/IPTV systems, DAS, ICN - integrated communications network, IP telephony systems, active networks, wireless design, digital signage, large-scale AV systems, data centres, defence ICT design (preferred).
Knowledge of physical and cyber security systems (beneficial but not essential).
RCDD, CCNA or CISSP certifications are assets.
Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (AS/NZS, IEC, ANSI/TIA, BICSI, IEEE, CSA, OBC, NBC).
Current AGSVA Baseline clearance, or ability to obtain (must be an Australian citizen).
