About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and organized administration professional to support our insurance operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of our portfolio and develop market knowledge and expertise in domestic and commercial insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer all insurance related documentation.
  • Process orders, invoicing, reconciliations, debtor follow ups and ad hoc tasks efficiently.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of domestic and commercial insurance products.

About You

To be successful, you will have experience in a similar administration role preferably within financial services and strong insurance industry knowledge.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' administration experience, with insurance industry experience advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and hands-on approach to work.
  • Able to work autonomously with an action-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to meet strict deadlines while handling multiple segments of work.
  • Exemplary time management skills.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence.
