Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality content solutions to our clients.

  1. You will be responsible for supporting the planning and management of all content requirements, working closely with our content team to establish and grow strategies that contribute to the effective operation, functionality, and capacity of the content team.
  2. Key responsibilities include assisting in the successful end-to-end delivery of all content deliverables, ensuring the scheduling team has complete and accurate content checklists and instructions, and assisting the content manager with clubs and leagues pre-season information sessions and throughout the year.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content operations, with a strong understanding of content management systems and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
