Program Manager: Content Operations

This role is responsible for day-to-day content scheduling and planning for our Australian and New Zealand markets. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, process-focused, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily scheduling of content on our Disney+ platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Become an expert user of our content scheduling tool and train new users as required.
  • Work closely with the Programming and Content Curation Manager to optimize the content slate across our portfolio of content pipelines.
  • Support cross-functional communication, including briefing monthly content highlights and organizing internal staff screenings of key content releases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a natural ability to seek out ways to improve processes, and bring positive energy to the team.
