About the Role

This critical position involves supporting external communications across multiple business lines, working closely with community, customers and stakeholders to deliver clear, engaging and compliant messaging.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality content across digital and print channels. This includes leading multi-channel campaigns that support our services and priorities, as well as championing plain language and content accessibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Using data and insights to continuously improve messaging

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience in communications, media or journalism
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and campaign planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation experience
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Salesforce, Sitecore, Sprout Social and social media platforms
