The purpose of this high-level administrative support role is to provide assistance to the Chief Executive and SESLHD Board.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for the Chief Executive and Board
- Coordinate schedule management, meetings, and correspondence
- Administer Board meetings, including agenda coordination and minute-taking
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality while coordinating related activities
- Ensure efficient communication across the executive office
The successful candidate will be an employee of NSW Health and its Affiliated Health Organisations.
RequirementsThis role requires excellent administrative skills, strong organisational abilities and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
