Health Centre Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Health Centre Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Health Centre team.

  • Provide administrative assistance, including filing, assembly, retrieval, culling and tracking of medical records with high levels of diligence and accuracy.
  • Handle information with attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Health Centre team in a dynamic and varied working environment.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection protocols.

Requirements:

  • Admin Officer Level 3 (AO3) classification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
