About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused professional to manage our company's accounts receivable process.

As an AR Financial Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment allocation, and effective customer account management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing debtor collections and daily cash receipt processing
  • Resolving account queries with customers and sales teams
  • Processing credit applications and assessing customer credit worthiness
  • Reconciling debtor accounts and general ledger monthly
  • Generating reports including cash forecasts and bad debt reviews
  • Maintaining accurate records, issuing invoices, and credit notes
  • Working across different accounting systems
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve AR processes

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in end-to-end accounts receivable, preferably in high-volume environments. You should be detail-oriented, confident, and proactive in resolving issues and following up. You should also be resilient and well-organized, especially under pressure.
