Key Responsibilities:

The Accounts Receivable Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations. This includes providing support to the AR Manager and AR team in meeting scheduled deadlines for Accounts Receivable within the Finance Department.

  • Accurately enter and allocate payments received against outstanding invoices according to remittances.
  • Conduct debt collection activities in alignment with established Key Performance Indicators.
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure email and contact information are accurate.
  • Generate and distribute monthly customer statements.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Create invoices and credit notes as needed.
  • Daily generation and importation of invoice batch files.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process refund documentation.
  • Collaborate on projects as requested by the Accounts Receivable Manager
