We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members via phone and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve members' enquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Understand and stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to members
  • Help members maximise their membership and assist with changes as needed
  • Collaborate and support teammates to achieve common goals
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery

Requirements

  • Customer service experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service
  • Experience in a busy contact centre environment is desirable, but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and software applications
  • Willingness to learn and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and competencies
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required
