Operational Risk and Compliance Solutions Engineer

As a seasoned engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational risk and compliance solutions landscape. Our team is dedicated to crafting innovative, real-time experiences that drive business agility and efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving digital transformation. You will be responsible for guiding strategic and technical direction, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering ownership and collaboration within the engineering crew.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Shape technical roadmaps for operational and compliance solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native data solutions, including real-time streaming, analytics, and AI-driven personalization.
  • Champion best practices in software engineering, platform architecture, and cybersecurity across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Drive reusability and platform adoption, enabling faster delivery for product teams through modular capabilities and shared services.
  • Mentor and develop talent, providing technical guidance, career support, and performance feedback to crew members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in large-scale, cloud-native data platform environments.
  • Strong background in software engineering and platform architecture, with hands-on experience in real-time data ingestion, transformation, and operation.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to modernize legacy systems, influence technical direction, and drive platform adoption.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for growing diverse, high-performing engineering communities.
