Real Estate Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic Real Estate team at Gough Recruitment AU. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and redirect incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Perform general administration tasks, including data entry and filing
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate of registration advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
