Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Specialist

The role of a Supply Chain Specialist is pivotal in supporting the Wedgetail AEW&C capability program at our organisation.

This position is based in Williamtown, NSW and requires expertise in inventory management, tool control and supply chain optimisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage tools and equipment within the organisation.

  • Responsibilities include providing redundancy for other supply chain specialists, maintaining tool control compliance to meet or exceed audit requirements and establishing and maintaining tooling traceability using the tool control database.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for populating and developing tooling content lists, including photo integrity, to enable high levels of tool control and identification.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in inventory management and control with a high level of competency in written and oral communication.
  • Experience working with suppliers and identifying new opportunities and relationships is highly desirable.
  • NV1 Australian Government Security clearance is also highly desirable.
