Inventory Manager

The Replenishment Planner is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on the collaborative management of inventory levels to optimize production and supply chain efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaboration with Category Management & Supply Chain teams to drive synergies and cost-effectiveness.
- Demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasting and minimal stock fluctuations.
- Proactive management of promotions to prevent oversell and undersell.
- Maintenance of optimal stock levels across the chain, balancing capacity with customer demand.
- Facilitation of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DIFOT, Working Capital, and Days of Supply.
Requirements for success in this role include:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a replenishment or inventory management position.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse functions and operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, to analyze and present data.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
