Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a pivotal role in streamlining the efficient management of inventory, analytics, and supply chain reports.

This full-time position requires strong organizational skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and supervise one direct report to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Review master data for materials handling according to shelf life and temperature controls.
  • Analyze purchase orders and inventory for outbound orders to optimize stock levels.
  • Manage inventory levels, trends, and material obsolescence to minimize losses.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Build strong communication channels with internal teams to facilitate collaboration.
  • Perform annual pricing reviews, quarterly stock takes, analysis, and reporting to drive business growth.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Supply Chain Manager to achieve departmental goals.
  • Work on continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience working across Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, or purchasing functions.
  • Proficiency in working within the Healthcare or FMCG Industries.
  • Strong professional attitude, organizational skills, and ability to build relationships.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
