Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute echocardiography examinations utilizing ultrasound technology to visualize and evaluate cardiac anatomy and hemodynamics.
  2. Collect and assess patient information, including medical history and prior test outcomes, to support the interpretation and documentation of echocardiographic results.
  3. Guarantee patient comfort and safety throughout procedures while adhering to stringent infection control protocols.
  4. Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, addressing any technical challenges, and reporting any malfunctions or repair needs.
  5. Keep abreast of the latest developments in echocardiography methods and technologies through continuous education and professional development.
  6. Maintain precise patient documentation and generate thorough and timely reports of echocardiographic assessments.
  7. Comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy are upheld at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline.
  2. Comprehensive understanding of echocardiography principles, methodologies, and practices.
  3. Expertise in operating and troubleshooting ultrasound devices, including familiarity with various transducers and imaging modalities.
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, medical personnel, and colleagues.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports.
