  • Perform echocardiography procedures using ultrasound equipment to visualize and assess cardiac structures and blood flow
  • Obtain and analyse patient data, including medical history and previous test results, to aid in the interpretation and reporting of echocardiographic findings
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, while maintaining proper infection control practices
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, troubleshoot any technical issues, and report malfunctions or need for repairs
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in echocardiography techniques and technology through professional development activities and continuing education
  • Maintain accurate patient records and produce comprehensive and timely reports of echocardiographic findings
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
