As an Echo Sonographer, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic echocardiography procedures while ensuring the highest level of patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute echocardiography examinations utilizing ultrasound technology to visualize and evaluate cardiac anatomy and hemodynamics.
- Collect and interpret patient information, including medical history and prior diagnostic results, to assist in the evaluation and documentation of echocardiographic outcomes.
- Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, adhering to stringent infection control protocols.
- Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, address any technical challenges, and report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs.
