Job Title:

Become a Key Account Manager for Independent Grocery Channel.

Role Description:

The National Account Manager is responsible for delivering sales revenue in the Independent Grocery channel, including managing national customers and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and implement quarterly business reviews, category reviews, and joint customer plans to drive growth.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal departments such as logistics, distribution, accounts, marketing, creative, and operations to achieve revenue, margin, and contribution targets.
  • Consumer Insights: Utilize consumer insights and data analysis to identify opportunities and maximize existing business.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate campaigns and promotions with key customers and align internal campaigns with customer groups.
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and volume, and conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Meet with Merchandise and Category Managers, Franchises, and Group Marketing Managers to plan, monitor, and review activity.
