Procurement Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Operations Analyst to play a critical role in supporting the delivery of procurement governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with supplier onboarding and due diligence, and proficiency in using procurement technology. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • About the Role:
  • Conduct and analyze supplier due diligence for various organizations, in conjunction with Procurement Business Partners.
  • Proactively identify industry trends and developments to assist organizations better manage their supply chain risks.
  • Implement agreed continuous improvement initiatives for Procurement processes and technology.
  • Developing robust, detailed spend models using data from various sources, providing insight into supply markets and internal demand analysis.
  • Derive meaningful insights from various datasets for decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain procurement technology and integration with other technologies.

You Will Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce or Economics.
  • Strong and demonstrable experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint skills from gathering raw data to transforming them into actionable insights and presentation for decision-making purposes.
  • Knowledge or experience with Procurement concepts, high level objectives and function activities.
  • Knowledge of general supply-chain risks trends and considerations.
  • Experience with Source-to-Contract solutions (desirable).
  • Proven skills and experience in developing and managing complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical aptitude.
  • Factual, data-driven decision making.
  • Articulate communicator/presenter.
