Key Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a detail-oriented professional, you will provide administration support for the team, including word processing in Microsoft Word and data entry in Microsoft Excel.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment, strong computer knowledge, and excellent organizational skills. You will also need to be able to work independently, with exceptional time management and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

We encourage applicants with experience in recruitment or similar industries to apply, but it is not essential. Multiple positions are available throughout Brisbane, offering opportunities for growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administration support for the team
  • Word Processing in Microsoft Word & Data entry in Microsoft Excel
  • General administrative duties
  • Answering phones and assisting with customer service
  • Filling out relevant documents

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Exceptional time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role (preferred)
