Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Own and drive the product vision for the Sportsbook Platform (SP).
    • Act as the primary interface between the Head of Product Engineering and local product teams.
    • Represent the product function in cross-regional planning, reporting, and delivery syncs.
  • People Management:
    • Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners.
    • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning.
    • Foster a collaborative team culture focused on delivery, innovation, and customer value.
  • Product Development & Agile Delivery:
    • Oversee roadmap management and quarterly planning across squads.
    • Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps, epics, and stories.
    • Ensure cross-functional delivery readiness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    • Work with internal stakeholders to prioritise features.
    • Communicate product plans, progress, and performance transparently.
    • Manage capacity planning and maintain visibility into short and long-term delivery risks and dependencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership or management.
  • Strong knowledge of sportsbook or online gambling platforms.
  • Proven experience managing agile teams and cross-regional collaboration.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort using data to drive decision-making.
