Our organization is expanding its team and seeking a skilled professional to drive growth in the 4th Party Logistics sector. This exciting role offers substantial opportunities for career advancement.

The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in account and contract management to develop and grow their portfolio of customers, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the customers' organization.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior colleagues to enhance service levels and efficiency, conducting performance reviews, and providing key metric analysis and business insights to customers.

Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role within a freight/logistics/supply chain or 4PL environment is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and reporting skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex data in a simplified manner.

Role Overview

This position reports directly to the Head of Customer Success and involves managing continuous improvement programs to strengthen customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in freight operations and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role within a freight/logistics/supply chain or 4PL environment
  • In-depth understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of the Australian freight and logistics sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent analytical and reporting skills
