Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full Omni-Channel concern resolution support to customers, handling inbound and outbound contacts through multiple channels (voice, email, and social media).
  • Prioritize and manage cases from initial inquiry or concern through to close, coordinating with various departments as needed to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Take ownership of case files, acting as a backup to designated colleagues for continuity of service and action.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or needs until resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer support and case management, preferably in a high-end customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and needs.
  • Ability to provide end-to-end support for customers, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to research and present best resolutions to meet customer and business expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
