Job Title

Key Responsibilities Include Overseeing HR Operations and Payroll Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with the board and senior leadership team to oversee HR operations including WHS, return to work, onboarding, inductions, and policy development.

  • Manage award interpretation and ER matters for employees
  • Authorise timesheets, and input hours into the HRIS while finance processes payroll.

This role involves overseeing a wide range of activities in order to ensure effective HR operations. It includes managing the relationship between the company and its employees as well as ensuring that all necessary policies are up to date.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll processing and HR functions within Australia.
  • A strong understanding of Australian workplace laws and award agreements.
  • Proficiency in payroll and HR software systems.
  • Experience working as an HR Business Partner at a minimum of 2 years.
