Our team is seeking a Mid-Senior level Manager to lead our AC and HVDC Transmission operations.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of power transmission and distribution, HVDC, FACTS, and high voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience in managing technical and consulting engagements, business development, and pipeline management.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading from the front with a people-first mindset, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring successful outcomes. A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this role.

The Manager will also possess a deep understanding of technical, commercial, and financial considerations of engineering consultancy, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with project management, monitoring and managing revenue and utilisation targets, and operation and maintenance of high voltage, HVDC, and FACTS projects and facilities is highly desirable.
