Project Coordinator Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated, and successful management of services packages on one or more projects, ensuring all undertakings are executed in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the production of documents and plans that govern project delivery;
  • E nsure that plans are in line with project, business, and legislative requirements;
  • Review and understand project specifications and drawings, identifying and addressing any ambiguities;
  • Review and understand short-range programs and how they relate to the overall project program;
  • Assist in the weekly program status as and when required;
  • Collate information relating to extension of time claims and assist the PM in putting together any notices required under the head contract;
  • Assist the PM in managing trade partners where required;
  • Assist the PM in collating any information associated with trade partner variations and review with the CA or Snr CA to assist with the determination of a position.
Requirements:
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field;
  • Proven experience in a Site Engineering role, with a strong background in construction;
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work autonomously;
  • Proficiency in design software and tools;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills;
  • Detail-oriented, with an eye for design aesthetics and quality;
  • Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
