Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert wine selections and pairings to guests
* Lead and train the sommelier team
* Manage all administrative aspects of the wine program, including purchasing, cost control, and stock management
* Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Requirements:

* CMS Certified equivalent or higher
* Previous experience as Head Sommelier
* Strong leadership skills
* Exceptional service and communication skills
* Proficiency in POS systems and Excel
* Ability to manage stock control and cellar management
* Genuine passion for wine and fine dining

What We Offer:

* Full-time role predominantly Thursday – Sunday
