Requirements:

* CMS Certified equivalent or higher
* Previous experience as Head Sommelier
* Strong leadership skills
* Exceptional service and communication skills
* Proficiency in POS systems and Excel
* Ability to manage stock control and cellar management
* Genuine passion for wine and fine dining
