The CIO Division delivers a range of services to the department and Australian businesses. This role plays a key part in advancing automated testing capabilities.

A Senior DevOps Automation Test Engineer will work on the NMI Web Services Enhancement Project. The successful candidate will have experience in designing test automation scripts for web applications, mobile apps, web services, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Canvas Apps.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Constructing complex suites of automation tests using TypeScript, C#, Python, ASP.NET 8 Core, YAML
  • Designing and automating user interface tests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other model-driven Power Platform applications
  • Integrating and managing automation testing suites and framework CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring and reporting test results, logging defects, and collaborating with manual testers and developers
  • Leading automation initiatives to enhance testing strategy

Non-functional testing also forms a significant part of this role, including performance, load, and stress testing.
