About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of approximately 35 stores across Northern NSW and Queensland. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a passionate and results-driven individual who thrives on developing teams, driving performance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across a large store network.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Store Managers to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and strong people development across all sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee store operations, lead, mentor, and coach Store Managers to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
  • Drive team development and succession planning across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
  • Analyze store performance and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Support the rollout of new initiatives, marketing campaigns, and business improvement projects.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to deliver consistent outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Store Manager with multi-site exposure or already in a multi-site leadership role seeking a step up.
  • A strong people leader with a passion for developing and empowering teams.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities across a large geographic area.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experienced in delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible with travel and willing to spend significant time in stores supporting teams.
