Sugar Production Specialist

As a valued member of our team, you will transform raw ingredients into high-quality sugar while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Produce Raw Sugar and C seed/magma that consistently meets customer expectations.
  • Sample, inspect, and analyze sugar and molasses streams, maintaining accurate records.
  • Separate sugar from molasses with minimal losses.
  • Remelt excess sugar in accordance with pan stage requirements.
  • Monitor liquor/ magma / massecuite stocks and inform operators when levels are abnormal.

**Requirements:**

  • Desirable Tickets: High Risk Work Licence, Confined Space, Working at Heights.

The successful applicant will undertake further training to complete the appropriate Operator station and maintenance competencies. You will be appreciated for your unique contributions and offered competitive pay and benefits.
