About this role

This exciting position offers the opportunity to work as a key member of our production team, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our factory.

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the production process to achieve maximum sucrose recovery, while maintaining high-quality output.

The successful applicant will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring syrup, molasses, magma, and massecuite stocks
  • Boiling at a rate that avoids unnecessary reductions in factory throughput

You will also be required to:

  • Maintain accurate records of production levels and quality control measures
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Working at heights
  • Confined Space Entry
  • Maintenance skills including any trade qualifications and High Risk Work License
