Job Role and Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet quality standards by optimizing production processes and minimizing disruptions to operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including management, boiler operators, and shift personnel.
  • Analyze sugar and molasses streams through sampling, inspection, and basic data analysis.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to excellent housekeeping practices at the fugal station.
  • Perform regular equipment inspections and complete maintenance requests as necessary.
  • Accurately document and record data in logbooks, charts, and other required formats.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills and demonstrate basic maintenance capabilities.
