We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the ACT and Southern NSW region.

Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to step into a Business Development Manager position and take ownership of building relationships and driving sales across the ACT and Southern NSW. You will be the face of our business with architects, designers, builders, and contractors, helping shape projects with premium building products.

Responsibilities
  • Actively develop new business opportunities, securing projects and clients in the commercial construction space.
  • Promote innovative products to architects, specifiers, and contractors, positioning yourself as a trusted technical partner.
  • Expand our footprint by opening new accounts and strengthening ties with regional builders and developers.
  • Attend industry events and network with associations.
  • Manage your pipeline through our CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups and structured reporting.
