Automotive Business Manager Position Available

- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of finance solutions, insurance products, and aftermarket services.
- Administrative duties including system processing and inventory management.
In six months, the successful applicant is expected to:
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Drive high conversion rates and sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establish strong relationships between customers and the dealership.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant finance and insurance accreditation or willingness to acquire.
