Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience delivering an operational electrical engineering role within a heavy industry or manufacturing sector relating to 3 phase power.
">Working knowledge of Project Management process, drawing skills, and experience of process design and control.
">Ability to estimate and scope work, HV and LV installations, Earthing studies, MCC and VSD standards, PLC control and automation experience, Contract Placement and Management.
">Proven ability to collaborate and drive engagement, demonstrates self awareness and resilience, business insight and the ability to manage complex situations in a resourceful manner.
">Confidence to drive accountability and develop talent, concrete, aggregate, asphalt & sand and gravel process knowledge advantageous.
